Mr. Walden is a fine man. He did what was honorable. What is important here is that the remaining six members of the Board formally blessed the specific appointment procedures prior the meeting to interview and appoint to the vacant seat, left by Walden. What was done to Mr. Walden and the gentlemen who participated as applicants in the appointment procedures was irresponsible and a dishonorable. Klimist, DelosSantos, and Murphy blocked the selection for any of the applicants and owe each of applicants, as well as the rest of the Board a formal apology. They should have either honored the process or stopped the interview process before it occured to prevent looking inconsiderant and irresponsible.
