How about forcing Lonestar card recipients show ID when using the card just like credit card users or have a fingerprint ID system. Too many people selling their cards for pennies on the dollar which means their kids are going hungry.

Why don't we start a program for parents to be responsible and take care of their own? Can't feed 'em, don't have em'.

Lets try and fix the food stamp idea, by only allowing certain items to be purchased, such as fresh fruit, vegetables, etc, limit junk food, then these households will have good, and healthy foods all the time. Every child needs that supply of food everyday,and not have to wait for someplace to offer it.
