Elmer "Dutch" Wells celebrated his 90th birthday on December 10th 2010, in Victoria with an "Older Than Dirt" themed party! He was born in Arcadia, La on December 10, 1920 and moved to Victoria, Tx in 1950 where he became well known for his Fiddle playing!
