This is a BIG WASTE. We had it in McAllen years ago and it was a waste of time and money , so they finally did away with it. Since none of the material could be put to use in the Valley everything had to to be trucked to San Antonio or some other large city. Also the cost of fuel to truck it had increased so much since that time that we will wind up paying a small fortune to dispose of it. GOOD LUCK, you will need it

What are you talking about N3225J? The schools and Teachers in this town are fantastic. Both of my kids went to public schools in Victoria and graduated at the top of their classes. When my son was born we were told he may have a learning problem, he graduated with Honors and so did his sister, in fact she was in the top 5 of her class for 8 of those years. They have both gone on to college and have A's and B's through college. Let the parents get off of their dead rears and quit gripping and moaning and help their kids. Way to go Victoria Teachers
