For Chris Hayes of MSNBC the party line does not stop at taps

CHRIS HAYES: Thinking today and observing Memorial Day, that'll be happening tomorrow. Just talked with Lt. Col. Steve Burke [sic, actually Beck], who was a casualty officer with the Marines and had to tell people [inaudible]. Um, I, I, ah, back sorry, um, I think it's interesting because I think it is very difficult to talk about the war dead and the fallen without invoking valor, without invoking the words "heroes." Um, and, ah, ah, why do I feel so comfortable [sic] about the word "hero"? I feel comfortable, ah, uncomfortable, about the word because it seems to me that it is so rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war. Um, and, I don't want to obviously desecrate or disrespect memory of anyone that's fallen, and obviously there are individual circumstances in which there is genuine, tremendous heroism: hail of gunfire, rescuing fellow soldiers and things like that. But it seems to me that we marshal this word in a way that is problematic. But maybe I'm wrong about that.

Nice of Chris to admit that he might be wrong about his statements. Awesome how the left is always so right on target. Their genius is stunning!!!! If you fight back against the violation of the 'freedom of religion' clause, you are engaged in a 'War on Women'. As Al Sharpton has brilliantly let us know, Republicans are looking to exterminate the black race by means of....uh, well, I'm not sure how or why, I'm sure Al does...maybe it's by making them show ID at the voting booth. And now Hayes as wonderfully unveiled the fact that all us conservatives are always itching to start wars for the simple goal of creating heroes.

Quoting "facts" seems to be big on here. Here are some "facts" as reported by ABC Tv

    SANFORD, Fla. —
WFTV has confirmed that autopsy results show 17-year-old Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died.

The information could support George Zimmerman's claim that Martin beat him up before Zimmerman shot and killed him

    May 15, 2012
A medical report compiled by the family physician of Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.
Zimmerman faces a second degree murder charge for the Feb. 26 shooting that left the unarmed 17-year-old high school junior dead. Zimmerman has claimed self defense in what he described as a life and death struggle that Martin initiated by accosting him, punching him in the face, then repeatedly bashing his head into the pavement.

Also today, a trove of documents are being examined by lawyers for both the defense and prosecution as part of discovery in Zimmerman's trial -- including 67 CDs worth of documents, video of Martin on the night of the shooting, his autopsy report and videos of Zimmerman's questioning by police.
Zimmerman's three-page medical report is included in t

I bet vet has come up with a BIG contributor to population lost. Does he have any numbers of the fatalities caused by this? I wonder how many the CB craze caused several years ago every truck driver of those big ol 18 wheelers rolling down the road with a good buddy driver on the air for hundreds of miles. How much are the drug cartel contributed to the population of Mexico. I bet those people kill more people in one day that died from an accident caused by texting while driving. I wonder also how many wrecks and fatalities are caused by drivers trying to emulate the very popular and much shown TV shows where a male drive is receiving oral sex while driving. I would think that would be much bigger distraction than texting while driving.

"Our culture has introduced more ways to "thin the herd" thanks to modern technology. Texting while operating motor vehicles is one."

Leviticus 20:13 "'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

I had a minister tell me one time that there was nothing ever said about women lying down with women. That seems to be very popular on some internet sites

According to all the news this morning President Obama announced support for gay marriage does not do a thing to change the laws banning it in some 29 states that already have statutes or constitutional amendments outlawing same-sex marriage Other states have referendums coming up concerning such laws

    After eating there for years
and enjoying the food, about 6 months ago the quality of the food became terrible. After the first time I thought it might have been a one time thing but one more try showed the same if not worse. I had been told this by other old patrons and then found out for myself. The McCall (my favorite for years)enchiladas changed to being so dry that that there was no flavor to them. Have not been back since but I am not surprised it closed.

vet postings are becoming more and more confused such as the last one
    "
"Like the belief system that just knew what the exact words were from a youth before he was shot."

Whose belief system has vet referred referred to here? I have seen no posting that claimed to know them. I speculated about what Zimmerman might say to justify a claim of fear for his life. Remember Zimmerman has been painted by Jackson Sharpton etal as a very evil, racist, brutal killer.

It's human nature to take the evidence that is available and decide according to one's own beliefs.

But what kind of nature does it take to absolutely rip another person's beliefs, and declare them to be based on racial prejudice or worse? I think a very biased belief system, that thinks any difference from their beliefs are a sin and abomination and before God
