There is no doubt that Mr. Brown has kept several physicians out of the community and ran several others away from Victoria. Hospitals and administrators have several ways of justifying their actions, but one has to read in between the lines. Mr. Brown has several 'physician friends' that he is close friends with and does whatever is in his power to give them more BUSINESS. NOTHING to do with patient care!
As for the cardiologists, they too have a mafia at Detar hospital! The hospital gives them massive subsidies in 'legalized' ways to drive business to Detar. I have no doubt that this trio as a result have been driving business away from citizen for FINANCIAL reasons and NOT because of patient care. If they are sueing Citizens for "non-financial" reasons, then where were they when numerous other physicians were ran out of town or not allowed in at both Detar and Citizens? If you let it happen to ONE, it can happen to you!
Both these parties are not saints and they deserve to be in this mess! Thats why I get my care in Houston!
