Prison is too good for him. Although I agree that the guys in there would bring more justice to him than our system could, leagally. I only wish the death penalty was on tap for this crime.
I also pray for the families of those involved in the recent accidents in town the past two days.. Please look at this site as far as raising the speed limits..http://gorvtexas.com/speed.htm They (the state) understand the concerns of the speed increase and have studies to prove that it "should not" impact the safety issue. It will only affect a small percentage of very rural areas in west Texas.

Whatever Big Willy wants..I agree we need this stuff, but gee whiz, Anybody ever think about gathering the cash and then building the project..NO, just build it and borrow the money..Typical Victoria City Council..
There is a story about Estes Park Co. There is a 50 Mill project that could bring in more folks. The city's park was 7Mill. The council said no due to the fact they just didn't have the money and were not in the gambling business. We need those folks .
@ Parkpork, I know a bunch of idiot kids with spray cans use the hike/bike trail.. Maybe we can use some of the money to police the trail and MORE people would eventually use it, Not having the feeling of being harassed.or possibly robbed etc...
You gotta love small town BS...This town is somewhat doomed as far as I see.. Too many Civil rights and not enough common sense..Let it go and let these folks release a little adult humor..Geesh
