I am sorry...... I may not have a degree in Criminal Law. but common sense says....... EYE FOR AN EYE............... How can you not seek the death penalty when there was one life ended with a possibility of 4 more.... grandmother, 2 cousins (one of which lost a finger) and 1 uncle who happened to be in a different part of the house.... This is why the system is so jacked....... I done my part to maintain the peace in foreign lands, so people like the DA could drive her car to work without having a terrorist blow her stuff up... This is straight BS...... Why cant these so grown men man up to their wrong doings? the facts are there. Life is prison blows.. but the tax payers are the ones who really foot the bill...... cmon...... no bills, no job, 3 squares a day, Air Condition enviroment and Cable. Many homeless people we see walking around would love to have this but they don't go commit crimes to get this quality of life..... not to mention the every day Sailors, Marines, Soldiers and Airmen currently serving in 120 degree weather with barely working AC's, getting some what decent meals and waking up every morning wondering if they will see the sunset at the end of the day....... Yeah 2 combat tours to Iraq and I still remember every day I went out and wondered if I would return to base in one piece.. October 8th 2004, I almost lost my life. Suicide Vehicle Borne IED..(CARBOMBER) but yet I still have to put up with this.. I cannot speak for my grandmother but I know we are all in pain still because our grandfather isn't there anymore........
Everyday, I have checked this website in hopes that I would soon see this post, I understand the holidays are near and everybody is enjoying their time with their families. I would like these individuals know that because of their stupid actions there will forever be an unattended chair at our family dinner table. HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY to all and Happy Holidays.

So you know I have to comment on this. Yes I know mistakes happen, but whats the rule on this. "Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice?" Well you know rest. Any how isn't it obvious that Hessner has a bit of a problem into knowing where his boundries are. He has a tendency to lets say "Trespass" alot, why wasn't he given a stiffer sentence, and maybe have his mind altered before committing a 3rd offense of,(oh here's that word again). "TRESPASS", but this time it's really serious, he killed my grandfather. Yes its bad to say these guys should die via the "Needle" but did my grandfather really have to die painfully with a shotgun round to his chest. Let me tell you guys, that snorting sound that my cousin spoke about in the Affividate, That isn't the snorting you do while sleeping. It's called agonal breathing. It's what your body does when its trying to survive, Its a sign that your dying and your body knows it. I am a Navy Hospital Corpsman and I have dealt with this snorting sound, so I SPECIFICALLY know what I am talking about! So yes I am turning the page of how horrible death is. But either way. I read how the 16 year old made a scene. I dont know about you but it sounds like this kid doesnt have respect for authority(POLICEMEN), so this kid makes up his own rules. lets slap him with this thing called the law. he acts like an adult he thinks he is an adult, lets treat him like one. "Do the Crime, Serve the Time".
Look at these people. look at what they represent, a low life society. What self respecting individual would have a tattoo of his name on his neck."DID HE FORGET HOW TO WRITE HIS NAME?", You would have to ask yourself, would you buy girl scout cookies from this guy, would you let him bag your groceries at your local HEB? Yes the both look like they are on drugs, Hell if you look up Jacob on his myspace acct you will see this individual smoking up something that resembles marijuana. HMMMM obviously he is not being productive in his life. Such a waste of talent, if any, could have maybe been another productive member in todays' society. But yet I'm here paying my taxes, only to help him pay for his 5 dollar lunch meal he cant afford.
Yes as much as I would like for these society rejects to go to prison, I am certain that they will shout and berate, that they killed an old man and that is why they are in jail. They are what they presume tough guys, then what? Will they get out and continue their filthy ways trying to recruit other lost kids. I am angry at this I truly am and I am sure most of you will understand why! I would like for the city of Yoakum to raise their concern on this issue and press on to have these criminals sent to life or worse. Oh and my reason for that statement is. This crime could of easily been avoided. I read the Affidate and it states they assumed the house was unoccupied. Well why didn't they just turn around when they saw my family sleeping? Why did they wake up my cousin and maliciously attack him? Obviously he was fighting for his life and had to flee, and who else to go to than the man of the house, My grandfather. It takes "Effort" to load 2 shotgun rounds into the chamber, it takes "Effort" to pump a round and it takes "Effort" to pull the trigger. So again he knew what he was doing and the other guys stood around and probably egged him on, but they could of said "STOP" we are not here to do that! But did they? NO. So all are guilty by being on scene. So I ask the "Effort" to have these animals put away.
Why is it these "boys" cant man up to thier crimes? Obviously they had the intent to "STEAL" something that did not belong to them in the first place. I can't walk into Walmart and take a 200 dollar bike and blame my parents for not buying it. There is no excuse for pulling a trigger. This individual knew what the results would be. To hell with these punks. What if the rolls were reversed what if someone broke into his house and took something he worked his A$$ for, would it be ok for someone to take it from him......... NO!! My grandfather is buried because of this act. What can they do to my family and me to make up this mistake? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. My grandfather is gone. They are breathing, they are being fed and they are wasting thier lives for a life of crime. To bad I wont be at thier arrangement.
I am one of Teodoro's grandsons, I am currently active duty Navy and was not able to attend my grandfathers funeral, But you can only imagine how I felt when I got a phone call early Sunday morning "Grandpa is dead, someone took him from us" I have seen my share of hatred in different countries, I have seen what one person can do to another and yet I come home after dealing with real thugs who by religion persue that hatred life. But what is it with these kids thinking they can do what they want. Round these kids up, give them a 9mm and take them to a country where you can really trust no one. I bled for my country and I have a purple heart to prove that, I know what its like to see the white of the enemies' eyes. but yet I come home to this? I dont know who these thugs are and I really dont care for them. Send them to war and let them survive if they can. but by god let them never meet me. This is not a threat nor a plead. I just want people to know that Teodoro Cervantes was a great grandfather, he had many grandchildren who he prided himself with so I in return, I have served this country the best I can to make him proud.
