"That is so rude to say! You have no clue what this family may or may not have! Would you not except help? Let's say you were a single parent with four children and couldn't afford insurance for your home... Would you not accept help for you and your children? But wait... You wouldn't have gotten yourself in that situation in the first place right? Your too good not to have insurance! Which in this case is not true because this family does have insurance....stfu! "

"Flood insurance is not what is seems. This was a major problem for policy holders back in '98. Ask your agent."
