is this the same lady that sued the city a while back and was intimidated to go back to the office because she was sexually harrassed but once she received the $30,000+ negotiated settlement, returned to work? If she was making these posts and emails during working hours, I see a problem. Yes, she has the right to voice her opinion but if she used work her position to base any of those comments, that is not right. Like she said on Facebook ( I didn't see it but I read she said it) if she doesn't have anything to worry about, then this is much ado about nothing.
@xxrocioXX - if she was my daughter, she'd have a driver's license, car insurance and medical insurance. That's how RESPONSIBLE parents raise their children. Obviously, not the case here. I'd be willing to bet good ole Celeste had an Iphone or something similar with a nice data plan.. no excuse for driving without a DL or insurance. N O N E!! 90 days and restitution sounds good to me, I am tired of the free rides and those getting away with it, while hard working folks continue to pay for their laziness!!!
Familyman - open the yellow pages, there are pages and pages of insurance agencies to call and get renters insurance from. If you live within the city limits (of Victoria) it would cost approx $200 @ year for $30,000 coverage. Small price to pay.
my 2 cents - the child would be scared of the MRI machines and doctors and nurses no matter WHEN he went, can't blame that on the school nurse.

I agree with tinstar. The man/woman makes sense!
Praise the Lord! Finally someone with house insurance! After reading the last 4 or 5 house fire stories, I was beginning to think that maybe I ought to call my agent and cancel my policy, then if my house burns down, just have a nice story/picture in the paper and beg for donations and a benefit.
Why assume he meant mexican by the using Holmes?
This is almost as bad as filing as lawsuit against GM because a driver of an 11 year old vehicle, who was not wearing a seat belt, fell asleep, wrecked his vehicle, was thrown out of the vehicle and unfortunately died of his injuries. Horrible but not GM's fault. People are sue crazy. It's always someone else's fault.
