I know where you stand on the Healthcare bill and SOME of your opinions I agree with. But no matter who is in office, or how good or bad the bills are you're going to see those signs everywhere for anybody. It's been happing long before any of us and will continue long after we are gone.

Mr. Notzon you and I have something in common. Leonard Pitts. How does a racist bigot get a Pulitzer Prize?"
The same way one wins the Nobel Peace Prize.
Medchest, you couldn't be more spot on. Just think about everything the goverment runs. It's broke and bankrupt. SS, Medicare, Medicade and the Postal service. Next will be the auto industry....well, worse than it is now. The goverment has the opposite of the Midas Touch, everything the touch turns to ....well you get the point. Insurance companies will start raising premiums, which they have already stated they will be doing by 2011. What some people don't realize is that in this bill there are two little bits of information they are trying to keep quiet. The first being that it calls for 16000 new IRS employees to be hired to "inforce" the bill. They are in charge of inforcing the fines, penleties and/or jail time if you do not have health insurance. And it gives the goverment to shut down ANY buisness they deem necessary or that is standing in their way. They have already called Cat, AT&T and one other company to see their company records, which the goverment never had the right to do until this bill was signed into law. BO stated that he would never tax anybody making less than $250000 a year, but that's what he is doing now. Nancy Pelosi wanted to tax your retirement, which is already taxed and that includes your 401k and IRAs, and she wanted to redestribute the wealth, and I forget right off the top of my head what she called it, but that's exactly what it was.
We can play this game all day Justin. The signs come from both sides not just one.
and my personal favorite.http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=a19_12...
Hmmmmm but nobody mentioned Nanci Pelozi spending all that money on booze....what was the total like in the $100,000 catagory? I agree this was stupid of the GOP to waste our money on his personal buisness, but there's alot more then just a few people on each side spending out money on their lifestyles. They all need to go.
"he works there" is stretching it. He's there and I'll leave it at that. lol And it's real funny that since they have "decided" what's best for us, the day after the vote all the Texas dems had their email accounts shut down so nobody could email.
I've looked searched for Hinojosa, although I didn't try google, and I couldn't find it, and I can' t remember where I read it at on the internet. I guess my age is catching up to me! lol I agree with the plans no pre-existing conditions but not the fact that they can force anybody into it. I know some people that refuse to buy it because they don't want it and can afford to pay. And all though some people will benifit from it, not many will. It's basically a redistribution of wealth, exactly what Nanci Pelosi was trying to do in the first place. When you think about a Gov run health care, I stick by my argument of medicare and medicade....they did a GREAT job of running that....into the ground.
First off Justin, I told you the first time you posted this that I agree with it. Alot more than the bill that was just signed into law. I believe people should not be FORCED into a healthcare system they don't believe in, or want for that matter. Pre-existing conditions should not be a factor, I know this from experiance when my company changes insurances and my son and I have to fight for weeks with the new company to get covered. Obama doesn't and hasn't given a ratts a** about anybody in this country and won't start now. And as far as getting the "corrupt" politicians out of office in November....they ALL need to go. Why not cut it down to just one rep from each state? Make it easy. IMO
Citizen, it's been up for sale for several years now. But they are asking wayyyyy to much for it. It was on Ebay for a while.
It needed the remodeling 50. It was in bad shape. They redid everything in it. It's alot nicer now but the downfall of it was when they went mainly concerts. That place used to be packed almost everyweekend when the Hoffs had and did coverbands all the time. I grew up in that place and got in trouble more than once for hanging on the rafters! lolBut when Jack and Sharron bought it and went to mainly concerts it had it's drawbacks. It was nice to see alot of the people you hear on the radio up on that stage but alot of people miss the days of just going out there to dance and hangout instead of standing around just listening because it to crowded to dance.
How you been Mike?
The hate is not just a one sided thing these days Mike. It's coming from both sides now. It comes from having something that most people don't want rammed down our throat. Come November it's time to clean house, and just the Dems....everybody needs to go.
And now I have a question for you. I've been looking but I have yet to find it again but Congressman Ruben Hinojosa (D-Tex) is going after TEA trying to shut it down because the removed the term "Democratic" to Democracy (SP?) in the school books. I mean really? Is he serious?
And I see Justin is back with a new name! lmao
