Victoria Advocate.....it seems that the people that post your errors about misspelling really need to go to the bank, get a withdrawl and BUY A LIFE!!!! Is that all you people do sit around a "round table" at a coffee shop and knit pick on the Victoria Advocate website? Hey, I hear they are hiring greeters at Wal-Mart, you old farts!! The back side of my house faces Airline and I can tell you alot more was going on than medical conditions Saturday night. With 2 other cars racing that silver camARO that night. Seems the Victoria Police dept. should take ALOT of notice of what goes on between Stockbauer and 463 during EVERY WEEKEND!!! And also weekday nights, but HUMMM, by the time they are called everyone is GONE!!! And they want US to watch out for motorcycles?????
Great article!! But I would very much vote to remove Saxet Lake!!! Too many tragic stories associated with that area, would not want visitors or anyone else for that matter to ever wonder over there!!!!
I think others should leave their suggestions about what they believe is worth exploring in our area.... I suggest the Yoakum library....been restored fabulously!!!

Ummm, let's see here...isn't this called a loop... Why should we slow traffic down to 35 mph....these are HIGH schools and these kids should be aware of highways, if THAT is the issue! People let's get on the modern train here, lots of BIG CITIES have schools on major highways and they don't have have reduced speeds on those roads.
I read these articles daily and it is funny how, yes, it is the same people with the same BS!!

Citizens...listen, driving is a great luxury for all of us and if everyone would just obey the laws, we would not need such things in place as these cameras. People be alert and prepared to stop at all times, not just at red lights...you never know when you will need to stop on a dime. The cameras are there for YOUR protection, your family & friends protection. One day they could save your life or their's and would it be worth the extra few seconds of your time!!! Stop and think about this for a moment? What is it worth to you? A mear $75? But if you took the time $0!
