since victoria's chamber of commerce theme is boots & we now have the boot fest, i think the owlets should be named BOOT & SCOOT, THE HOOTS! they could be the HOOT couple or the HOOT brothers or the HOOT sisters or the HOOT siblings.
I do not believe in racial profiling.The statistics speak volumes of "who" commits the crimes,as well as, "who" sticks out in a crowd. If you keep a low profile-i.e. DON'T have your radio blaring down the road to where it rattles the windows-or- on speakers under the hood blaring out expletives(foul language) calling attention to yourself.Or wearing your clothes so loose, you're gonna trip,break your face-maybe-and end up in the hospital.OR,driving around in a vehicle with a CONFEDERATE FLAG waving in the wind! WHATEVER WE DO, someone isn't going to agree-or like it. BE PROUD of your heritage, of who you are, of what you stand for-BUT DON'T BE AN IDIOT! ---C'mon---your just asking to be "seen" and sure enough, you're gonna be stopped!
