Thanks for adding one more item to my growing list of reasons why I will not have a Facebook account.

If it is truly more efficient and saves taxpayer money, I am all in favor of the change.
Has your horrifying shade of deep purple persisted, or has it faded to a lavender or mauve? The faithful readers of your widely syndicated column await your report with bated breath.
Infuriated, enlightened, aggraved, tickled -- you have managed to achieve all of those at one time or another and your blog will be missed.
Since they are known to gather and, presumably, mourn the death of one of their own, there is some logic to this story. As to how they sense a death, that remains a real mystery.
I usually like your blogs, but do not always have a comment.
No one seems to take issue with the fact that increasing numbers of children are coming to school with no concept of discipline or self-control. That this represents a failure on the part of their parents is undeniable. The schools are faced with having to provide an education while, at the same time, trying to instill the discipline and self-control that these children lack, a thankless and frequently impossible goal. I see no resolution to this problem as long as parents are not held accountable for their failures.
If I wanted a Facebook account, I would already have one. I do not and have no interest in opening one. Too many negative stories floating around the Internet about things that can happen if you do not dot all the i's, cross all the t's and read every word of the fine print. Good luck with this, I suspect you will need it.
I am with the father on this one. I would have stopped pounding on him as soon as he stopped breathing.
It would be simple were it not for what I suspect is that his family are also illegal aliens.
