This is very sad! When will it be enough? Does this lady also worry about the murders in Victoria? And what about the drug dealers that are also ruining the lives of children and leaving lasting effects on thier development and safety. And while we are at it shouldn't thier be a domestic violence registry so that we can also watch and try to control the abusers that leave LASTING effects on thier familys and that cause generations of disfuntcion. I am the first to say lock them up when it is a true sex offender that has abused a child or raped thier victim but what about the others that are on the registry that did not abuse thier victim or were put on the registry for offenses that envolved no one? Victoria will be the next Julia Tutle Bridge! Speak up and maybe this lady will see that the registry needs work and then she can ban the perverts from her community. Or better yet she can move out of the city limits and let all the murders, drug dealers, batterers and of course the sex offenders be in the city limits so that our law enforsement can keep a closer eye on them. Why ban them to rural areas where the probation/parole officers can not keep up with them and it cost the community more money to supervise due to time and fuel. Also the state would lose money on the post cards that generated this citizens concern. It cost the sex offender fourty five cents per card and if they are in the city they go to more residence than in rural areas that have less residences to send them to. It is after all, all about the money. Someone needs to fill this lady in on the cash flow the sex offenders provide to her community. ENOUGH!!!!
Thank you for caring enough to make a difference!
