Barbara from Victoria, you should be embarrassed for your letter. I hate to tell you and others like you, that overweight people can work just as hard and just was good if not better then someone that weights 100 lbs. I've worked at a local hospital for 14 years and I might have missed work 10 days due to an illness that had nothing to do with being over weight! Some of the best nurses I've ever met have meat on their bones. I would rather walk into a hospital or clinic with all fat people working there then seeing a bunch of anorexic people. So To all of you discriminating people, hopefully you never need us fat people to help you in a medical emergency !!!
If you would read the story it said still under investigation. And how does anyone know how many tickets are given out, unless you work for the PD. It's easy for some to sit back and complain about everything.For all the people that like to complain about the police officer, Go to the police academy and then you can pull over all the bad drivers and give them tickets, that way the other cops can focus on the murderers and sex offenders.
