Wow! Can't believe what I am reading. I am saddened of the events that led to this lawsuit. However everyone in this situation was a criminal. It's sad that the familes are most likely going to profit off of their families criminal activity.
I really can't say more because you all coved it already. Well said everyone. Maybe a judge will dismis the cas.
So sorry their feelings were hurt BUT rules are rules. Victoria Advocate - I am tired of this story. You did it a month ago. Let it rest already. Really, stories like this one are just old. They were ticked a month ago and guess what - they are still ticked...move on. Do your jobs and find real things to update on like the little boy with A.L.L. from a month ago or the family that recently lost their home in a fire.
Good job VA! That is exactly what is wrong with Victoria. This town will only be as welcoming and polite as it's leaders. Maybe the leaders should take the class first then pass it down to area businesses. The only reason I would want to move to another town is because of the rudeness that permiates this place.
I could say so many things but everyone else has already covered the big issues. The only thing I have left to say is - If I wanted to live in a university town (aka - party town) I would move to College Station, Huntsville, Waco, Austin...you get the point.

Hmmm...whats the point of a fashion show? The kids have to wear polos and khaki. Again, thank you VISD school board for telling us how to dress our kids (enter sarcasm here).
