Let me clarify something, that was not my fundraiser, I was not there to talk politics. I could not even hear over the Majestics playing so loud even if I wanted to.

I was there enjoying my time with my 5 year old daughter and eat barbecue, I was not there to discuss issues or why I was running or to steal Emmet's thunder, politics does not consume my life, my family is more important. I'm sorry you felt that I was not friendly to you but having a 5 year old wanting to run away and get cookies and more tea, and more sausage every time she wanted one was on my mind. Everyone in Victoria who does know me knows I am a friendly person and always have time for everyone when the time is right.

As far as the San Diego comment, I love San Diego, it is one of my favorite cities but I would never live there. I was only curious why you would leave such a beautiful city and why you would come to Victoria, I didn't know your connection, it was a legitimate question.

I live in Victoria, work in Victoria and will most likely die in Victoria.
