Nothing this police dept does is on the up and up as far as I am concerned, they fire the good cops, they keep the corrupt ones...How I long for the days when a decent Chief was there...Ure is a joke..

yet the Advocate glorifies the likes of Pepper...I agree, why include his past criminal history, it has no direct bearing on this unfortunate and tragic crime

Give me a break the Victoria Police Dept makes bad arrests ALL the time, I ought to know they did it to me, took the State Rep to get my charges dropped...This Police Dept is corrupt , and has been for a VERY long time
