@putGodfirst...yes a "sonogram CAN be performed without the needle placement in the vagina" HOWEVER if it is early in the pregnancy they are not effective and you are unable to see/hear anything so a vaginal sonogram is necessary.
@VISDMom I could not agree with you more.
I did the 20 mile route also. It was my first ride and I love it! I am hooked, but traffic still scares me a bit. Are there any groups that ride in the area, for fun in the 20-30 mile range?
I agree with tipsy361, Dr Chang is by far the best in town. I have never felt more taken care of by any other dr I have been too. He and his staff have always been available for any issues that have ever come up. He also makes sure to explain what is going on, as well as, why he is giving his instructions and what to watch out for...
I think that it really does come down to having the best dr available AND a dr that cares about his patients. Luckily Dr Chang was there and I am thankful for the opportunity he has given me. My life has changed ten fold and I have no intention of ever going back.
Its not size of the town, its the people in it that make it safe or unsafe.
I think the problem is your comment "At least, this girl was MARRIED" seems very misogynistic. Maybe that was not the intent, but that is how it sounds. BC being unmarried and pregnant does not make you any less of a person.
Im not sure why this is hard some, but when I google 'racist signs at 9/12 protest' I get plenty of links showing the signs. Some more tame than others, but some were in very BAD taste.
"which according to the currently debated bill was correct"
well, not quite
"HR 3200 SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS: Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States."
I can see how that could be confusing, but the real issue is how to enforce it.
I do not believe that anyone should heckle the President (whomever that maybe), it is rude, classless and just uncalled for. That being said I will agree that it does not deserve this much attention. But Democrats are far from being the first of being guilty of overacting. I do remember Republicans sharpening their pitchforks when the Dixie Chic's spoke their mind, in another country no less.
I am not here to contribute to the bashing. I simply want people, regardless of party lines, to listen and think objectively. Stop being sheeple, stop assuming that everyone who does not agree with you is evil, out to ruin life and take your rights away. Seriously, I am not asking people to blindly following an ideology they do not agree with, just to listen OBJECTIVELY and FACT CHECK!
reverendmwagner, I believe its called 'beating a dead horse'. Having thought provoking articles on the immigration issue is one thing, continually rehashing what happened in 2003 is annoying. It happened, we need to learn from it and move on in a positive way. I'm all for observing the event yearly and offering proper respect for those who did not make it and remembrance for those few that did....but every month, no. Why not focus on positive things that can be done....for Victoria, for our children, for our community.
10 votes for the fatal funnel, really?! I wish that much exposure was focused on something that put Victoria in a positive light.
Or there is likelihood that he was in Corpus for the Willie Nelson/Bob Dylan/John Melloncamp concert, it was on the radio all day yesterday that they were in Corpus...
