    I think a waterpark (if operated properly) would be a great asset financially for the city and it's residents. It would offer jobs and bring more revenue to the city from outside sources. Yes, it would mean a possible increase in crime do to an influx of people visiting from other locations, but isn't that why we have one of the highest ratios of law enforcement to civilians in the state of Texas? Lets use them. It's about time we stop practicing "Good 'ol boy if it ain't benefitting me I don't want it politics" and do something that will actually help the city grow in a positive direction.
