"I am a American. I do not believe in race baiting and gender bias. My mother would have beat me within an inch of death if we every did such a thing. I am tired of being of cyber-stalked and being slurred. Period. I am not being condescending. I am saying enough is enough. If someone doesn't like what I say in a blog, then discuss your opposition with intelligent discourse. I will listen and respect such approaches. Name calling, bantering, hating me for being an American who asks questions --will not change a view point. The Pres. himself said judge him. So Lets ask about Van Jones... Logical well thought out presentation. I have been in business for 40 years. I worked at several large corporations. If you could not speak effectively and make your presentation without emotion to sell your point of view --management never asked you back to ever to consider approving any proposal you wanted. Fair no. But that is life. You were tagged as immature personnel that they did not want to waste their time on. Making Million dollar proposals --you learn to be very careful --no racial or gender or what ever slurs. You were dealing with world wide contracts and operations. Doing so could get you fired. Sorta of like a delete button should really do but doesn't."

"I have been called a "soccer mom" see comment below that is is a code word for a white woman, middle-clased and is worried about black urban violence (ie blacks). I have been told I have the mink coat mentality. This was a group of white, conservative women that attacked LBJ and Lady Bird physically in Dallas. However Houston treated them warmly. Southern belles are always gracious. If someone of a specific ethinic group uses soccer mom and mink coat mob on a regular basis to slur my character --based on their own blogs this is racism and gender bias at its apex. Please notice I am a Zebra of many colors and respect those of color around me --no matter ethnicity, race, religion, handicap, or sexual preference. As An American I think it is the time to break coded racial and ethnic slurs. I don't like them. I don't like the fact that one group can make them while another is fried in the electric chair if any comment is uttered, coded or not. I want us to live in a open free society. Bringing up the soccer mom or mink coat mentality as a response in much any post is a redundant cop out to trying to civil and clear thinking. I just want the battle against me stopped."

"I know those days. I love the blues. Robert Johnson, of course, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray, Muddy Waters..I could go on all day. I remember in high school we had to do a report on anything we wanted...I, of course did it on the blues. I really learned alot about it. I'll sit in the house and play and my wife always wants me to play something more upbeat, lol. But there is nothing like hearing that guitar moan and cry. I used to sit for hours playing the sax like that. I think I've pretty much forgotten how to play most of it."

"I loved the sax too but the music I play there isn't alot of use for it. I miss the old 50's music. I grew up listing to it with my parents and I could pretty much play along with it all. I haven't picked one up in years."

"The deleting comments that has your nick in the message....... I wondered to when I received one. What it is, is if you are signed into the site and the staff deletes the comment it has your nick in the message. I signed out and sure enough, then it said this comment deleted by the staff for blah blah blah."
