I cannot believe that I found your blog. My daughter married a Marine in July. When he proposed, I had a long talke with her about being married to a man in the service. The long seperations,etc., at the time, she was so gaga in love, that she really didn't hear me. Now reality is setting in. Her husband is a great man and just made lietenant. He plans to make the corps his career and the whole family is very proud of him. She is handling things prety well, but I think that it will do her good to read about some one else going through the same thing. Thank you for being there Stay strong for him.
