Just goes back to bad parenting... what are 15-16 year olds doing out at 3:45am??? Where are the parents??? And for the 19 year old... hang with peeps your age... really??? If your going to punish one, you might as well punish them all. Set an example... Guess we are leaving it up to our courts to do the parenting for those lacking the skills...

Ah, yes.. the glory days of when you could just park at the park and have a good time. Or just take a drive with the top down and say hay to all the friends that you saw bbqing... yeah, 20+ years ago sounds about right...

Here is a question that I'd like to put out there... WHY COULDN'T VISD FIND OTHER PROPERTIES OF LAND FOR SALE TO BUILD THESE NEW SCHOOLS? WHY DID THEY CHOOSE LAND THAT WAS OFF OF BUSY HWYS/LOOP? WAS THAT PROPERTY CHEAPER???? SCHOOL HASN'T EVEN STARTED AND HERE WE ARE... ONE LIFE LOST...
@CUERO... I get it that the woman or people that have seizures don't know when they are going to have one... my whole point (that you missed) was the question of allowing people that KNOWINGLY have RANDOM seizures be allowed to drive.
NO Offense to the woman, who notice that the seizure was happening and had the common sense to stop/slow down and pull into the turning lane (should have pulled off of the road completely and parked the car), but... should people that have a history of random seizures be allowed to drive? Someone could have been seriously hurt or even worse...
