This is a judge who is suppose to dole out appropriate punishments to criminals & he does this to his own daughter because of a computer? He is not fit to serve on the bench, remove him & send him to prison. What he did is criminal

To answer your question I do not have family working on the shake, I took the question as did "I" have any economical benefits for the shale. So "I" answered how "I" am impacted. I apologize if this "I" answer upset you. I am fully aware of the impact of the community economically, and am very grateful that Victoria is coming out of the economical slump it was in.
FYI it is illegal to charge a fee to people paying with a credit/debit card. The FCC forbids it. In fact if a vendor is caught charging a fee to the customer, the vendor can have their machine taken from them & can be heavily fined. A vendor is charged a transaction fee every time they swipe or enter a card #. It is also illegal to state that a minimum dollar amount is required in order to use a debit/credit card.
"Assault on a public servant" usually means a police officer, if he is beating up on a cop, what the heck would he do to a civilian. Best his butt be in jail
Common sense applied: This is not the first time on this merry-go-round for these people. It would be interesting to know how much they REALLY got, you know, the money they didn't get convicted for. You can bet all the money they took, they are not first or second or even third time offenders, lock them up & throw away the key
