What about consequences? Will this teen and/or family pay any part of repairs to light pole or valve?(Why should taxpayers foot the bill?) Having to pay might go a lot farther than just a stearn warning. Also, was citation issued for "failure to control a motor vehicle"? What if next time it's a person there instead of a light pole?
