It just proves that you are more than willing to take hand outs as opposed to stepping up & taking responsibility for you & yours. Now go away...you're bothering me."

"Dawn you say you are not asking for friends to bail you out....only your country to be fair. HEY! Who's tax money do you think you will be receiving? FRIENDS AND STRANGERS!!!! Instead of saying poor pitiful me. Start cutting bills. We have had to. I lost all my income due to health. I have nothing of what I once had. Lost all my 401K All my other savings, even my money I was saving to bury me with. To pay for medical bills and medicine. That means,no new car, no clothes, no makeup. We cut off the cable. I have the minor internet. I have a small cell phone so anywhere I am I can get emergency care because of my illness. We don't go out to eat anymore. No movies. No DVDs. No more books. Learn what is more important. AND IF YOUR FAMILY NEEDS MORE, you do what ever it takes to feed your keeds and cover them with insurance --if that means getting a job ---get one. You sound like a parent that should learn what real sacrifice is. And fair? My paying for your insurance out of my husbands self employed money while we sit at home and can do nothing is not my idea of fair. Don't know who spoilt you. But baby you need to learn that fair means you need to give into a system before you ask out of it. I have worked for over forty years and my husband over 55 --so lets talke about what's fair. You should be working and paying into a system so he can retire --now that's fair. You should be working so I could have free medical insurance instead of having to pay $800 a month plus copays with a deductible of $5,000 ---now that would be fair. I have put more into the system. And you ---you just want other peoples money because you want to stay at home. We so did my mom, but she had to work to. "

"Dawn, I too am a wife & mother yet I work to earn money to help support my family. That's what life is about...taking care of your own by all means necessary. In your opinion you should stay at home because you are a wife & mother & more wealthy people should step up to the plate & pay for your insurance....that is WRONG as you can work, at a job that offers health insurance even. Sometimes we must sacrifice for our family. Your kids will appreciate the fact you went out & worked to put food in their mouths far more than they will respect you for sitting at home whining about how you are not getting enough, when you are doing NOTHING to help yourself. Lazy & worthless come to mind. How much do you want to shut up & go away...I will get my check book out...."

"Debating what? That you should get whatever you want with minimal output? No debate from me that the answer to that would be a resounding NO when others work their a**es off to get what they have. Instead of wanting to debate with someone about the benefits & merrits of being a deada** maybe you should focus on getting back on your feet for your kids sake."

"Shut off the internet, cable tv & such & you will save $$. Great to hear you spend $$$ on luxuries instead of necessities like car insurance & food for your kids. Call me all the names you like if it makes you feel better. I know what I am & I know how to handle lifes curve balls, get rid of the excess & go back to basics. Internet & cable are not necessities, you can live without them. As long as you believe you have the right to have all the luxuries of life without the means to support them, you will get no sympathy from me."

I try to remember the quotation marks around "hubby", but I clearly get lazy sometimes or just forget while typing. :P But thank you nonetheless! I hope all is well! :)"

"Hello, Dawn. ;) I've been trying to find a good doctor myself here in the Crossroads area by asking around. I haven't found enough people to give me a "review" of their doctors to make a decision, however. As for how I cope with my disorder, it's quite complicated, to say the least. I understand that people can't always understand how other people cope with their own problems. While one person may have depression and uses a faith in God to help them get through it, another with depression may find that their children and wanting to help them live happy lives may be enough to help them cope. There's a lot of different things out there for a person to cling onto so that the chain of events leading them to coping with their problems. The key is to wanting to find it. For me, at this point in my life, it's marrying my fiance and starting a family with him and working to help others with not just the education I seek, but my own experiences as well. Defining my beliefs is quite a challenge for me, and the only reason I choose the term "agnostic" is simply because that is the term I feel best describes my beliefs, for now. However, my beliefs and coping skills are not really "changing" all the time, but rather "progressing" all the time. I'll try my best to answer any questions you might have, but I ask that you keep in mind that what may work for me, may not work for the next person. Oh, and if you haven't discovered the website already, I have found that www.depressionforums.org has a great community of people giving their insight on how they cope with different disorders, from mood disorders (like depression and bipolar disorder) to Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder, to eating disorders, to substance abuse! It also has many articles and new findings for all the previously mentioned disorders and more! I highly encourage you to read the site. Even when I was a lurker, I found that the articles and the people there helped. Wishing you well, Dawn! ;)"
