    taking back the constitution...
    tsk tsk tsk.
i dosn't take long for history to be forgotten...
"Republicans are suddenly up in arms at the thought of using the self-executing deem and pass rule to pass legislation, calling it unconstitutional and horribly unjust. Never mind that in 2005-2006, the last year the Republicans controlled Congress, they used that same procedure 35 times in that year alone."(washington post)
come on tea party... maybe a little intelligence would be good for your cause.

true... if there is no resurrestion... there is nothing to stand on...
    but remember:
Because you hold a book that is bound: That does not mean that it was always bound.
don't forget the missing texts and gospels that did not make it into the bible... what were the deciding factors for the men who chose specific books to bind...
what were the other conflicting religions of the time, what was considered believable at that time... and what kind of education did the masses hold next to the religious priests that confined reading to only themselves...
how many different translations have we passed along over the last 1500 years...
and don't forget... james was a "brother/half-brother/cousin" who was an "eye witness" yet the book of james was not even written until one hundred years after the death of jesus...
there are a lot of things to take into account when you are dealing with history... a research paper would never allow you to only site one source ;)

    gross...
    and not very thought provoking.

technically, resurrection means: return to life, as in, once dead, now alive...
plants (i.e. spring) are only dormant... and biology tells us that once something is dead, it cannot come back to life. thanks :)

i do take pleasure in the regrowth of nature. :)

well, maybe the pope isn't as infalible as he want's to be... and you should take a second look at how human he is... and how human desires rage in all of us (and maybe celibacy should be thrown out of the window, since it has been).
