Ya you do have to sign a speeding ticket....If you refuse your car is impounded and you are taking to jail for contempt read the back of the ticket really carefully next time it states this is law in fine print!

SEE theres one problem you people dont get maybe because your texan or you have no clue what the US Constitution states. They can legally peacefully protest. Plain and simple and they are also protected by free speech. Last time I read the constitution this was still the law of the land.
