Sounds to me like Kenneth is a landlord. J.M.O. I think landlords should rent property(houses,apartments) according to one's income. If you ask me, the rent in this county is ridiculous. I'm guessing that the rent that these landlords charge is solely based on what their current rent/mortgage payment is for the home they are living in now. That's the impression I get when I see how much it is to rent a two bedroom house($500, $600 and in some cases upto $1300 depending on what side of town the house is in). Plain ol' ridiculous.

I think they should start a curfew-at six o'clock- when the lights come on until day light. Then every parent whose kid(s) are not home can be held responsible. Make it a "heads up" type of situation.

Hey southerngal, sorry to hear about your appeal. I appealed and got my value lowered. They went up 10% on my property from the proposed value of last year. I asked how did they come up with that amount. It was because of the "shack" that was not reported earlier. Excuse me I said, that "shack" is falling and it leaks, there is nothing in it. It is rotting away. Had proof and we settled on a lower amount.
"About 50 people attended, an organizer estimated." What does that say about Victoria? So sad....
