Great Write Up....good to hear positive things in the Advocate. People need to get modivated and start a healthy lifestyle it prevents alot of today's diseases!
Not pulling out the race card...but where is the diversity in these pictures? Not surprized! Too bad that some things will never change in this town.
I think some of these posts are so judgemental. Yes, some people do not take of care of their pets and homes but the majority of Silver City residents do! These are elderly couples doing their best! New families trying to get on their feet. We should encourage awareness instead of pointing the finger and labeling all residents. I know there are alot of thugs etc...but alot of times the elderly are scared to say anything to them. NOT to mention their is a NITECLUB in the middle of these homes. We tried calling the city for closure but where told unless we had a signed petion they would not do anything. Residents are scared to go on record. Please pray for awareness and peace in these neighborhoods, there are some really good people out there!

So sad to hear this for both of the families! Mrs. Freyer was awesome at Stroman, we loved being in the talents shows....our prayers to the families!!
I just want to say that Sonny is related to me AND we know the Nieto's, this is very sad for both families. Please pray for our youth,families and this town.
