I feel if they hire his son. It will not be good for the program there. I remember when my family was going to Cuero and so that Travis and anther coach where watching film during class time in the old Junior High gym. Coach Travis had a classes at the time and they where sitting and watching the game of the other team during class time. I feel like the kids in the PE class where not being watch and that if a kid got hurt! Who would get in trouble. Not Travis it would have been the other coach with him. Also if he get hire, students who do not want to play football any more during the senior year who want to concentrate on one sport. Will not get a chance. He will be like father and tell the kids. That if you do not play football, you can play anthing else. I seen it been done when Coach Reeve was there. This is not fair to the kids in the program. If they do not want to play any more, let them move on. This is there senior year!
Should private schools allow parents to have extra sets of keys to the Field of Dreams. If you ever driven by the field. You can see parents and their kids practice soft ball as well as kids from Saint Joe who are using the field. So some of the kids have keys to the field when they want too use it for practice. Is it because the families who have donated money to the school get the keys and have access to the machine the pitch the balls to the kids. Sometimes you can see the assist. Coach out there helping the parents and the kids learn to play, but if I am correct. No coach can be around student athletes that are not in season to get an unfair advantage over another team. So they would be violating the rules like UIL but for private schools. They field should be off limits unless every team of Victoria can have access to the fields. They field should not be only for the privilege, but for those who want to play. They need to lock it up unless the school is practice during season and quit violating the rules of private school.
I think it is a wast of money when they should be paying the city employees more money. When they get a raise the health plan goes up. So the raise is not really a raise. That is sad that we do not take care of the city workier first.
Good for him, I know Coach Reeve was not happy about this! He wants to be know as putting out the best football playier in Cureo. Now only some of his coaching staff will teaching in class rather then watch film in them. Like his PE classes where his son teaches in!

They still need to be like a call box like on college campus just in case and more lighting.
