"gymbug, if the new person is somewhat like an adjunct leader you guys better work together. parents/teachers that is. Its awesome that the teachers go at it @ times without at leader. But look at your numbers. Move those teachers here into town and remove the principal for the same amount of time. It will be hard. Stressful. I am not talking about her actions vs. the complaints. Thats a differ issue. With the economy not so good, 2% possible pay raise it could be worse. Now that with enough complaints and enough mutiny relations it was the best choice. The PR out there should be positive and of cooperation. Otherwise the likes of me will hit you guys from a differ angle and expect a thorough review of staff, expenses and necessaties. Best of lof luck to you. How our company deals with person who cannot deal with coworkers is that they get a 10x10 room with a computer to be their social interaction. We all win. :)"
