superlift.. im happy to inform you that there is a person that lives here in victoria that actually cooks homemade meals for their kids, and that would be myself. I actually cook 7 days a week, not that my kids wouldnt rather be out eating at any of the restruants listed in these postings lol
my daughter is in the parade with her AVID class and we as a family are foing to show our support!
i commend you on ur letter because of the fact that no one is wanting to voice their concerns and also for pointing out who wasn't at the meeting.This letter should open eyes here in Victoria
what i dont understand is why did she just get his license plate number instead of getting behind the vehicle. She should have gotten the number and called police.That would have avoided her getting run down in front of her daughter and grandchildren.What he did was wrong but it could have been avoided.
i dont personally know this young man but he had an interest in my daughter when he worked at HEbplus.He would walk to our house just to talk to her.He seemed like a good kid.Then my daughter stated staying away from him and wouldnt go into HEB for awhile.When I asked what was going on..she just said that she didnt have the same feelings for him and it was better not to talk to him.I heard my daughter on the phone last night about this article and decided to look it up and believe me..it was a shock and when I told my husband he was shocked also.So looks can be decieving and thank god my daughter followed her gut instict!
jeffjoe as a parent i understand how you feel a responsibility to speak for your family. Your apology was very heartfelt and is appreciated.I feel the bond was unfair and its all for showboating.You do not need to explain your parenting to online users who seem self righteous. The bottom line to that is ignorance.I, myself am a middle class hard working, strict parent, but teenagers can be sneaky.We have all seen it in one way or another.So, no need to stoop to there level.My prayers are with your family.
