If you were there when a murder occured and ddnt report it at that given time, yes you are going to be charged with murder whether you pulled the trigger or not....

I sympathize with the 5 year old who accidentally shot his little brother but I do not feel sorry for the parents who allowed this to happen, the children should have NEVER been within reach of a gun under any circumstance...more & more tragedies of this sort is happening everyday because no one is held responsible. Its really sad because this could have been prevented

Be careful what you say because you never know what life may bring you, things can change in the blink of an eye...talkin about others isn't the answer to solving your own faults or problems because none of us are saints here. Learn that people make mistakes and yes they all pay for it in the end one way or another, including you. So think before you speak, or at least know the whole story first before you start judging ANYONE. As I said before and will say it again he was not out here killing or robbing anyone, hell he didn't even get into any trouble, so its really sad to take away a father from his kids just to make a point
What really gets me, is most of you people that sit here and talk smack probably are no better than the persons you are criticizing...judging people who you don't even know? Seriously the way i feel about it ya'll can kiss my a*% and Craig Rosales a@# as well...
Really is all that necessary? Somebody always trying to make a name for themselves, this guy might have been a registered sex offender but he wasnt out here trying to mess with any girls, he just didnt change his address. There are sex offenders who got out of prison and are in our society right now stalkin little kids, thats who needs 16 years, not Mr. Rosales. Mexican mafia or not, he wasn't hurting anyone just taking care of his family.

seriously who was the medical examier? I will never believe that man hung himself....if he was my son/brother i would ask for a second autopsy
so misscat how much do you think it cost him? and I think everyone is innocent till proven guilty....only those who were there can say what really happened...and remember this is YPD the same agency that accused a man of being the twilight rapist so you already know they blow thing WAY out of proportion
