I wonder if these "key" people are also involved in the shady dealings at the airport, or the rumored money laundering, the attacks on the FINE EMS system Goliad County has, or the attacks on ANYONE who tries to do the right thing for Goliad County not just themselves or their cronies.

Old Rusty Bucket, I do not know what it involves, But evidently if you are in high enough places [or low enough as in this instance] ANYTHING can be settled anywhere.
