HERE IS MY FIRST BLOG WHEN I WANTED TO RENT THE HOUSE OUT.  SATURDAY WE JUST DECIDED TO SELL.

    Location - Northcrest
SQFT - 1740.00 sqft living area - garage is closed in and sqft added to total
    Rooms - 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom
    Lot size - 3/4 acre
    School: Vickers Elementry School
Bonuses - Laundry room has its own area and a door to seperate it from the new living room that was the garage. Water well that will save mega money on watering the yard. Hard wood floors  / new tile in kitchen,  a dog pin in the back that is chain link fenced and nice size so when you have guest you can pin them up. Nice size shop in the back yard, Generator hookups.
Now with electricity we have Victoria Electric COOP and I have not had a bill over $150 and my last bill from July was $130. I have learned to turn the temp up to 77 while we are at work and close all doors and the bill has changed from $150 down to $130 - $135.

My thoughts and prayers are with Eric and his family and I hope he has a fast recovery. I sometimes can not believe how comments can get so ugly on a subject thats so sensitive to family, friends and especially Eric. I pray that he is going to make it through this and be able to live a normal life and not have any complications. I know Eric from school and all my friends have hung out with him and his friends here and there and to be honest there was no "GANG HOMIES" hanging there. But its been a long time and if things turned in that direction I hope he takes the steps to turn his life around not only for him but his family. Eric - My prayers are with you and your family, and I pray for nothing but the best throught this rough time.

scorpio - thanks for your reply, i was thinking just to rent it for $1,000  and $1,200 deposit instead of $1,200 rent and $1,200 deposit. The house is 2 streets away from Vickers school and the neighbors are wonderful people. To be honest our neighbors are retired except one and good thing if you have children is she has a home daycare. The house isnt in wonderful condition but in nice condition, what can you say for a house that was built in the late 60's. I mean its still standing and our inspector we had when we bought the house said the house has good bones and will stand forever. we need to fill in some gaps in the grout around some bricks and re-seal the house but otherwise its a cute house. another thing i forgot to mention is the house just got new storm windows about 5-8 years ago.

rg201508 - I wish I could help you out for real but if we take $650 a month we would have to pay the remainder of $350 just to make the house payment. We are just wanting to rent it for how much we pay just so we are not paying 1 house payment and rent in our new location.

I would hate to sell this house if we cant find good renters but we will have to do what he have to do.

again thanks for your replies. :)

THE PARENTS ARE NOT AT FAULT BUT THIS CHILD HAD NO BUSINESS RUNNING AROUND.

    ----------------------------------

The parents are not at fault ? ? ? Are you EFFIN serious!!!
This is a toddler how does he know any difference or know any better. That is what a parent is for to keep them from danger - not let them play in a busy car wash parking lot. If you let a child do whatever they are going to do just that, and this is what the child did because the parents let him. And now because the parents thought it would be ok for the child to play in the busy car wash parking lot they are responsible for that accident.
You should have known better than to type a comment like that!

The Child had no BUSINESS - The parents had no business letting the child play in the first place unsupervised - Shaking my head for you blaming the accident on the child.

My sympathies go out to the family of the infant and to the driver. May God Bless You!!!!!

I have to say he does have some pretty good bbq - I use to work there when I was 18 and I got to eat his yummi bbq every day. I think I might go and pick up some this weekend.

OOOOH I have seen the plans and its going to take out lots of land and new home divisions. I strongly am against this "SUPER HWY" I am willing to do whatever it takes to voice my opinion. I will be there and I will see if my parents can attend because they are .2 miles away from this "SUPER HWY".
