My heart goes out to the family of the victims. I know this scum bag and always knew he was one heartless monster. He bilked people who helped him and blackmailed anyone he oould. I am wrecked that this family ever crossed paths with him because he should have been caged up for the animal that he is.I just don't understand why he should be given any bail at all.
