Lame? Lame. That's all I ever hear iPhone fanboys say. They can't tell you WHY it's lame, though. And they can't tell you WHY the iPhone is supposedly superior. They say, "It just IS." Hmmm....
What exactly were the Droid-bashers saying? I don't have a Droid, but I am pro-Android phones, and I am constantly mystified by the iPhone fanboys.
The HTC EVO outperforms the iPhone in several areas and is less expensive. Sure, there aren't as many apps out there (yet) for Android users, but really, who needs 30 fart apps?
Good to see you ladies are still here! I'll try to round up some spare time to actually write something, then.
THANK you, Tim, for addressing one of my biggest pet peeves ever!
Thanks for broaching this subject. The sad thing is that most Americans who place periods and commas outside quotation marks probably don't even know it's British usage. They simply don't know the rules.
I love Eats, Shoots & Leaves. There are many laugh-out-loud moments in that book, at least for grammar geeks like us.
Hi, everyone! I'm so glad you're here! And yes, those are nachos. The photo was taken in Nashville, where apparently nachos are made with black beans rather than refried beans. Different, but good!
