Wow this article is one big lie~ "We're very competitive with pricing" ummm.... $40 to $60 more per tuxedo rental then most places. ~ "They come back for the customer service" Probably come back because they lie to schools saying they will give kids free tuxedo rentals (for kids that could not afford them) if all there friends come to them to get tuxedos. There friends are being ripped off paying $40 to $60 more per tuxedo rental and Al's Formal Wear does not hold up there promise, or at least last year to one school they did not. Sounds like a whole bunch of bull.

No, and why might you ask... Well you can teach a child to master these test. Of course that is all you will have time for in school. The child will learn that but is there anytime to teach the child anything else? Hontestly this may sound funny, like how to change a light bulb, or write a check? How about cut a chicken to make fried chicken, or how to sew a button that fell off your shirt.

I think these test are focused on too much and some bacis should be learned in school. But there is no time for home ec, or ag class because they take up time from mastering these test.

One last thing, I understand some of those things should be taught in the home but they are not in many homes.

This is funny.... There is nothing wrong with outlet type stores but is the mall thinking about what they are really letting in the mall? Stores like Ross, TJ Max, Burkes, Marshall, are made to be in outlet malls or stand alone stores, they are not meant to be in a regular mall. They will now be bring in stores that sale clothing at super low prices that came from larger stores(clothing they were unable to sale to there customers).

Really, have you been to a Burkes? If you haven't you are not aware of what they carry. They carry the stuff that does not sale in stores like CATO, Sears, JC Penny's ect.... I was just in one the other day and saw more CATO and Sears clothing brands then anything else.

So is it smart to bring in a store that is going to be selling the same brand names as your larger department stores but for 75% off????

Sounds to me like stores like Sears, CATO, and Penny's should raise a fuss about a Burkes or TJ Max coming into "their" mall. Or they may be the next leaving :(.

$250 rent fee for that restruant. They are getting a steal, I would have though the rent was 4 or even 6 times more then that.

And not being able to pay that??? Does not look good. We may be seeing a new name soon on that building. I mean come on, how many times is it changing... hint, hint... I would not go and do the same thing several others have failed at.
