To set the record straight .. Sebastian is in jail and has been for the past 2 years. He had drug charges already against him, but was convicted while he was sitting in the county jail. As far as "why" he murdered Derrick, no one will probably ever know the truth. I do know one thing, Derrick wasn't normally there at that house at that time of day. So, I'm pretty sure Sebastian was looking for someone else. Derrick was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Derrick was a good-hearted person and he will be missed by all those who loved him. Sebastian will get what he deserves for taking an innocent life. His days of "getting-off-the-hook" for his crimes are over! And believe me, NOBODY will miss him.
