Well it will mean that my four times a year to buy the Coy fish food won't be as far.
A stop light at Teakwood will be good thing too. Sometimes it takes a while to turn left on 59.
A youths most cherished possession and all the memorys, feelings and shaping of a adults character that go with it.

Isn't the "Soup Nazi" in NYC?
It's just all those non counted in the deficit, federal obligations.
Good point Vet. The upstairs neighbor at the apartment I use to live at barely knew enough english for us to communicate.
He had lost his wallet and I found it in front of my apt., he had his green card and a TDL. I never knew where he worked but his wife worked for Wal-Mart overnight maintenance, you know she mopped and vacuumed.
He told me one day that his wife, in a few weeks will "Go work Washington, pick Broccoli for Green Jolly. She never did but I knew what he meant.
She wanted to up and move 3000 miles and give up a Wal-Mart job to pick Broccoli for the Jolly Green Giant because, I guess, they paid more.
The balance of voting power... Depending on the outcome of the District 1 recount, that just might restore the true definition of the duties of the Mayor in a Council-Manager system of municipal government.
"The legislative body, which is voted into office by public elections, appoints a professional manager to oversee the administrative operations, implement its policies, and advise it. The position of "mayor" present in this type of legislative body is a largely ceremonial title, and may be selected by the council from among its members or elected as an at-large council member with no executive functions.
The city manager position in this form of municipal government is similar to that of corporate chief executive officer (CEO), providing professional management to the board of directors. Council–manager government is much like a publicly-traded corporation."
The above definition, sadly, has not been followed in the City of Victoria.
