He knew he had to change his address anytime he relocated, right? Evidently there was some reason he failed/refused to inform the proper authorities about his new address. The guy knew that if he didn't following the stipulations of his probation then he would go to the clink, right? He had specific rules that were assigned directly to him and he failed to comply. They break one rule and no one notices and then on to the next one and so on. That is how repeat offenders slip through the cracks and end up in the same position that got them into trouble in the first place. No excuses, period. On to prison with this one and hopefully they are on to the next one...
This is horrible. I wonder why her "significant other" wasn't mentioned... After all, that is HIS house and shop where this all took place. What a waste of flesh, both of them! God bless this poor baby.

I firmly believe there is a special place in HELL for people that kill innocent babies and children.

The children that live in the Nursery ISD can attend either Cuero ISD or Victoria ISD schools. Yes, Nursery ISD is in Victoria county so why would the students automatically be sent to Cuero? It is actually up to the parents and the receiving district where the child is enrolled. Nursery ISD does not make VISD a known option. The children are automatically transferred to Cuero ISD for the 6th -12th grade unless you specifically ask for your child to be transferred to Victoria ISD. A "deal" was made as an exchange a long time ago. I was told by the old Nursery principal six years ago that they had a contract with Cuero to have their lunches brought in from Cuero and to have use of Cuero's buses for field trips and the like in exchange for them to exclusively send students to Cuero in return. It was like pulling teeth to get her to agree to allow a transfer for my child to VISD due to that agreement.
What happened to all of the college students that were going to vote for Nickerson??? The election results come as no surprise to me and a complete relief as well.
Yes, Rebecca, it is the same school. This is such a sad situation. There are some obvious issues going with the home lives of children attending this school.
