Any yoakum resident knows that the Yoakum PD couldn't have done this alone. They always need help controling this small town. I'm thankful for the Lavaca County Sheriffs deputies and the texas rangers. As for yoakum pd.......they could learn a few things from their helpers. As for punishment.....DEATH PENALTY ALL THE WAY!!!
