"Hi Marilyn --- look in the classified section under legal notices. It will ususally say something to the effect of : To those who have an interest in the Estate of Jane Doe..... It will also list the Name, address and telephone number of the attorney probating the will along with the name of the Executor/Executrix of the Will."

"Hello out there !! I was wondering in what section of victoria paper would a notice of a will going into probate be listed ? Would it be under legal notices or under special interests ,as there has to be a notice in paper of will going into probate and a number of an attorney listed for anyone with interest in will "
