"Cuero's Christmas in the Park has not opened yet and already we have had vandalism. Wednesday night a person(s) went into the closed park and broke off our baby fawn's head and half of the buck's antlers. Also, someone smashed about 75 bulbs on our fountain. Why would someone do this? Where are the parents? We work hard to put up Christmas in the Park every year. We don't do it just for ourselves, but for the 60,000 to 100,000 people who visit Christmas in the Park over the 6 weeks we are open. If you ever observe anyone doing damage, please call the Cuero Police Department. We look forward to seeing all of you November 23 through January 3. "
