Wow........it's Friday night.....gotta find something better to do...Laterz!!!!
Thanks, you enjoy your weekend too!!
Thanks for your post, you did get what I was trying to say. That's all, no rant. I get a little irritated when people question my intentions, Glad you got it!
onecrabbylady: FYI
It's funny, how you think you know my situation. No, my child wasn't caught not following the rules, my children don't even go to CCISD. We have however, gone to CCISD in the past for quite a few years, but have since moved to VISD. No problems with my kids in either district. But, having lived there so long, we have family and friends who do go to CCISD. I was simply trying to see if this was the case here in Victoria, and if parents were aware, that's all, no "rant".
Please, play nice and stop trying to belittle my parenting skills.
P.S. If it was my child, you'd be reading about this in a different section of the paper, and the headline would probably read "Mommabear goes off!"
Too funny.....you totally didn't get was I was trying to do.
First of all, it's mommabear! lol
Anyways, I am in no way saying that students shouldn't follow rules...I was simply letting other concerned parents know that when their childs phone is taken up, as it should be, since it is in the handbook, that it is looked through, which is not in the handbook. I didn't know this, and apparently many other parents didn't know either, until it happened to them.
If your gonna make a rule, make it....don't just say it's the "law" and expect for everyone to believe you. Check the handbook, it's right there online for everybody to see, if you find it in there let me know.
By the way, my children don't have a myspace and neither do I. But, make no mistake, my kids business is my business, I have no problem invading my child's privacy, but as for anyone else, oh no! Especially not without my permission.....Good Day!
Wow, not a very nice guy. Don't give it to him, it's yours, he can't make you give it to him, can he? If he takes it, that's theft! When you were hired did they say no cell phones?
What restaurant is this? Don't want to mistakenly apply for a job there....yikes!
wordup
"R" is for roller coaster...lol, that was a good one! I've laughed about it so much, I'll probably use it next time. Too funny!
