Great idea about the reader recipes- I will send it to the advocate- I have tried writing just about food and get negative comments- so i write about life stories- I guess some don't like that either- as you said- we are all made up of our stories and experiences--- if you have great recipes- send them to me and I'll work with the advocate to see if we can get something going--thanks myra

You are right- I should have used a recipe for steamed brocolli---i'll try to do some healthy recipes
