May be O'Connor needs a Math class, going from 70 mph - 75 mph means saving 4 minutes after driving 70 miles. For the obese lifestyle that characterizes this landscape, such efficiency is contradictory.

@ cobraden: to answer your question, I would love to pay more taxes for the following: to get sidewalks on all neighborhood roads. To have bike lanes so children can come to schools and colleges safely. To have downtown rejuvenation and access to pedestrians so we all can feel civilized. and lastly to have professional help provided to people like you.
