"I tell you.I hav ebeen watchin them,city councelpeople ect.on Tv,the past few wks.& they need to do alot here in Victoria,about there leadership,people.That police Chief wants new radios,& I can tell you because I live near there.People drive 50+miles an hr.on Delmar.& the law does nothing about it.This happens 27/7.8 days a wk."
